On Thursday 22nd of March, 2012, under a sun-filled azure sky... a small group of intrepid adventurers stepped off the boat onto Maria Island to begin what would turn out to be four days of fun, laughter, copious gourmet food, brilliant walking weather and a world-class walking experience.
Along the way, as chronicled in this blog, they enjoyed a 'bed tea pony express' that even now brings smiles to the eyes and minds of those of us who have had the privilege to experience all that is encompassed in the term 'bed tea pony express'.
